Seed Kits

A variety of seed kits are available for your AeroGarden™.  Seed kits are 100% guaranteed to grow with no gardening experience needed. For a list of what a seed kit contains please click here.

Please note that there are now two different kinds of seed kits for AeroGardens with slightly different configuration and dimension of seed pods.  The Classic, Pro100, Deluxe and Pro200 AeroGarden™ use the original seed pods and are sold in boxes of 7. A new kind of seed kit must be used for the AeroGarden 3, AeroGarden 6 and Space Saver 6; they are sold in boxes of 3 or 6. To ensure success, it is vital that you use the right kind of seed kit with your AeroGarden. They look similar but are not interchangeable.

Seeds have been carefully selected to ensure robust growth in your AeroGarden™.  Eco-Source currently offers four popular seed kits. See details below about what seeds are included in each original seed kit.

Gourmet Herb Seed Kit— contains popular culinary herbs, including: Thyme, Chives, Italian Basil, Purple Basil, Dill, Mint and Parsley. Provides continuous harvests for four to six months, begin harvesting in about three weeks.

Cherry Tomato Seed Kit—Delicious, vine-ripened red and yellow cherry tomato plants selected especially for flavor. Grows hundreds of delicious, homegrown, vine-ripened tomatoes over four to six months. Flowers bloom in 30 days, tomatoes appear in six weeks, and ripe tomatoes are harvestable at two months for up to six months.

Chili Pepper Seed Kit—Mini jalapeño, red fire, and purple super hot chili pepper plants. Harvestable fruit after two months, with hundreds of peppers produced over four to six months.

Salad Greens Seed Kit—A colorful mix of gourmet red and green lettuces. Germination in 24 hours, “seed to salad” in just two and a half weeks. Harvest up to 75 dinner salads over a two to three month period.

International Basil Seed Kit—A mix of basils from around the world, including Thai, Marseille, Genovese, Napolitano, globe, red rubin and lemon basil. Continual, daily harvests starting at three weeks for four to six months.

Italian Herb Seed Kit —Genovese basil, mint, savory, parsley, thyme and oregano. Begin harvesting in about three weeks for four to six months.

French Herb Seed Kit —Chervil, sorrel, French basil, parsley, sage, savory and chives. Begin harvesting in about three weeks for four to six months.

Japanese Herb Seed Kit —Hard to find specialty herbs for creating your own Chinese, Japanese, and Thai masterpieces. Begin harvesting in about three weeks for four to six months.
